Zidon means in the bible: Fisher’s Town was sometimes called Sidon. It was once the largest city in Phoenicia. Therefore, the Old Testament refers to Phoenicians as Zidonians. It is located on the borders of Asher Josh. It was located at 19:28, but it was not occupied by the tribe Judg. 1:31. Saida is the name of this town, located midway between Tyre & Beyrout Beirut.
