Philippi Philip. 2:22, at Philippi Philip Acts 17:14. Sent to Thessalonica 1, Thes. 3:2 with Paul at Corinth, 1 Thes. 1:1; 2 Thes. 1:1; sent from Macedonia Acts 19,22 to Corinth, 1 Cor. 16:10, with Paul in Macedonia as he wrote 2 Cor. 1, 19, and Corinth Rom. 16:21 1:1; 2:19; Col. 1:1; Philem. 1:1; Ephesus 1 Timothy. 1:3 Paul wanted him to go to Rome 2 Tim. 4:9-21; the circumstances of his imprisonment remain unknown. Heb. 13:23. Timothy, Paul’s trusted assistant and most capable one was probably Philip. 2:19-23.
