Revelation of John means in the bible: The Apocalypse is a Greek term meaning “unveiled” or revealed. The message of Revelation shares the same meaning as all scripture. There will be an ultimate triumph of God on earth over Satan; a permanent victory over evil. This is what the Saints and their enemies call the Apocalypse. It also reveals that the kingdom of God will prevail over both the kingdoms, men, and Satan. Amos, Isaiah and Jeremiah all wrote on this topic. These prophets spoke about a time of triumph that would soon come and said that it would be more spectacular than the beginning. Jesus Christ would win the victory.
