Judgment Hall means in the bible: It is sometimes used in the KJV to denote the Latin Praetorium. It is used in John 18:28; 33; 19;9 to denote Pilate’s official residence at Jerusalem. Acts 23;35 uses it to denote a portion of Herod’s buildings in Caesarea. Matt. 27:27 Praetorium can be translated as “common hall”, or “governor’s house”. Pilate’s home; Philip. 1:13 It is also translated as “palace” (or “Caesar’s court”), meaning that it refers to the officers who were present at the court where Paul was being tried.
