Jude, Epistle of means in the bible: James’ brother and “brethren in the Lord” is the author. The letter is directed to people who are at risk because of the presence of pagan worshippers among them. Jude wants to awaken his beloved to their sense of danger and to guide them to recover the faith once committed to saints. Jude’s verse 6 (reporting on the war in Heaven and expulsion of Lucifer, his angels and during premortal existence) are notable. 3:26–28, verse 9 describing an unknown event in which Michael Adam and Satan are fighting over Moses’ body; and verses 14, 15 citing Enoch’s prophecy.
