Jehoshabeath or Jehosheba means in the bible: She was half-sister to King Ahaziah and, following his death, she protected the infant Jehoash, son of King Ahaziah from Athaliah’s murderous plot. This saved her life. Jehoiada, the high priest 2Kgs. was her wife. 11:2; 2 Chr. 22:11.
