Havana Syndrome means: Havana syndrome is a collection of debilitating and often bothersome symptoms first described by the U.S. Embassy staff in Havana (Cuba) in 2016. Although initially thought to be a result of stress or mass hysteria, the condition has since been linked to ultrasonic and microwave energy as weapons. The symptoms are similar to a mild head trauma, such as nausea, headaches, confusion and dizziness. Most of these symptoms were reported by diplomatic personnel, intelligence officers and military personnel who are deployed to foreign soil.
