Employer means in slang: You are being hired as a slave to an incompetent, useless douchebag. The “unit”, which is a term that refers to durh brain, is the incompetentest employee. They are unable spell and use cash registers, and they put their backs strain on other female employees. This results in them feeling angry and frustrated.
