Emergency Outage means in slang: Federal Government PR term for a service not being operative on the scheduled date. This is usually because of higher priority legislative responsibilities. These events include but aren’t limited to: wasting tax dollars, private jets with low mileage to environmental causes; scheduling hearings regarding hearings in order to discuss future hearings and the early detection and hiding tax dollar shrinkage.
