Daily service means in the bible: A yearling lamb with proper food and drink should be presented every morning as a burnt offering. Ex. 29:38-42. This practice was not omitted in any later time, except for the persecution of Antiochus Epiphanes, and about three weeks prior to the takeover of Jerusalem by Titus. Every morning and night, incense was burned on the Ex. 30:7-8. A meal offering was made twice daily, possibly in conjunction with the daily Lev burnt offering. 6:20. 2 Chr. 29:27-28, 2 worship and 2 prayer by the people 2 Chr. 29:28, Luke 1:10, Acts 3; 2 worship and prayer on the part of the people present 2 Chr. 24, 48, 81, 82, 92, 93, 94. Numerous private offerings were also made daily, in addition to the public offerings. Later, daily offerings were made for the gentile authorities: the Persia Ezra kings 6:9-10, Syria’s kings, as well as the Roman emperors, Roman people, and their respective families.
